Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Oplex Mall. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions should be fulfilled:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box.
Note: If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item:
- You have the right to return a product if the product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken), defective (e.g. unable to switch on), incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories), incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour), does not match the product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised) or the delivered item does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable) . In these cases, we will take care of the return charges.
- A customer also can return a product due to change-of-mind, but in this case the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return a Product:
- Email us at info@oplexmall.com describing the reason you’re returning the product. Attach images of the product/products in order for us to inspect the defect of the product/products
- Next, we will provide you with a return address via email. Paste the order number on the package and ship it to the given address. (The order number can be found in the email you received upon placing the order.)
- After we receive the package, the inspection process will take about 2-3 working days. After the inspection, if the request to return the product is valid, we will provide you with a full refund (Refer to the refunds section to see how refunds are made)
Note: If your return request has been rejected, you will be notified and the item will be delivered back to you.
Refunds
- If your product is eligible for a refund, we will notify and you will have to provide us with the bank account name and number you wish to have your refund deposited, via email. The refund process will generally take between 5-7 working days
